On 27th and 28th May, 2023 Cochrane India CMC Vellore affiliate conducted a workshop for over 40 members of the Indian Association of Paediatrics, vaccine guidelines group at BVDU Medical College and Hospital Pane. We covered PICO questions, searching literature, risk of bias 2.0, GRADE methodology, evidence to decision framework as well as guideline development.
The resource people included Prof. Prathap Tharyan and Prof. Thambu David from CMC as well as Prof. Joseph Mathew from PGI Chandigarh. The Cochrane India CMC Vellore regularly conducts training in protocol development as well as review completion.
